Welcome to SodRunner (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (“App”), you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

SodRunner provides tools and informational content designed to assist with turfgrass order management. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for verifying all data and outcomes before making turfgrass-related decisions, including sod harvesting.

2. No Professional Advice

The content and tools within the App are not a substitute for professional agricultural or landscaping advice. Always consult a qualified turfgrass or agricultural professional before making operational decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

  • Any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information presented in the App.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, materials, or time resulting from your use or reliance on the App.
  • Any decisions made or actions taken based on the content or tools provided by the App, including but not limited to incorrect sod harvest volumes or planting errors.

You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted,
  • The information will be accurate or suitable for your intended purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use your own judgment in interpreting all outputs from the App,
  • Double-check calculations before acting on them.

6. Modifications to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
